Aqua sits on the corner of Northcliff and Paul Streets at Milsons Point, on the level above North Sydney Olympic Pool, with Luna Park beside it and the city straight across the water. The restaurant is closed while the building is renovated, and reopens in 2026.
The room that returns is being built to a clear brief: refined without being stiff, bold at the table, and theatrical rather than hushed, serving lunch and dinner over the harbour. Bookings open closer to the date. Until then, register your interest by phone or email and the team will be in touch.

Aqua belongs to SRG Hospitality, the group Bill and Kathleen Drakopoulos founded in 2000 and that Daniel Drakopoulos and Perry Drakopoulos lead today as managing directors.
